Charming old-world decor and friendly staff make this hotel a good stay. While the rooms could use a refresh and amenities like a fridge would be nice, the fine views and easy access to the lake and city add to the experience. Just be prepared for a short walk from the station!

Spotless place, staff was kind. Greatly enjoyed how the well furnished triple room with a bathtub was arranged when we arrived. Also, it was close to a train station.
There was nothing I didn't like!

The hotel offers fine views and a cozy atmosphere. While reaching it can be a bit of a hike, especially with luggage, the friendly staff and helpful service make up for it. Just be prepared for the absence of AC and some dated rooms. A charming stay!

The staff, especially Kristiana and Vanessa, were friendly and helpful, ensuring an easy check-in and check-out. Our room had an really good lake view, and the comfortable bed and clean accommodations made our experience enjoyable. The sun terrace provided us with a nice escape, and we loved exploring nearby landmarks like Chapel Bridge and the Lion Monument. the quality of the balcony furniture could be improved. Breakfast was good, but a bit pricey for the variety offered.

Really good lake views, charming old-fashioned lobby decor, complimentary Luzern card for public transport
The decor in the rooms feels sparse and dated!!! Insufficient sound insulation can be an issue. The uphill location isn't ideal for those carrying luggage!!!
